How can we help?

Close the game completely (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again. Any purchase that finished while the game was closed or interrupted is added when the game starts.

If a grown-up has to approve purchases (Ask to Buy), the coins arrive as soon as they approve it.

Still missing? Email us with the date of the purchase and which coin pack it was.

Coin packs are used up when you buy them, so they can't be restored like an app or a subscription. Your coin balance is part of your progress, though, and moves with it (see "Moving to a new device" below).

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › iTunes & App Store Purchases › In-app Purchases and choose Don't Allow.

The game also asks a grown-up question before every purchase. Buying coins is never needed: everything can be unlocked by playing.

Apple handles payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, and choose the coin pack.

Your progress is saved on your device and, in the App Store version, in your own iCloud. To bring it to a new iPhone or iPad:

1. Sign in to the new device with the same Apple Account.
2. Make sure iCloud is turned on for the game: Settings › your name › iCloud.
3. Install Monkey Vine Rush and open it. Your progress loads by itself.

If iCloud was on, open the game again while connected to the internet and give it a moment to load your progress. If it still starts from the beginning, email us.

Turn on Low graphics in the game's Settings. It draws fewer effects and runs smoothly on older devices. Closing other apps can help too.

Hold the screen to swing, let go to fly, and touch the next vine to grab it. Tap in the air for a Power Spin. The tutorial and the Power-up guide in the game show every move with an animation.

Open the game's Settings › Report a problem, tap Copy report, and paste it into an email to us. The report lists your device and any errors the game noticed, and nothing personal, so we can find the problem quickly.
